From the moment we stepped onto this rare, oversized lot, we knew it was something special.

Nestled beside a peaceful pond and shaded winding creek, this home became our sanctuary—private, quiet, and designed for connection. We’ve celebrated birthdays under the stars, watched sunsets from the pool, and spent hours fishing with our kids just outside the gate.

The outdoor living space, added in 2019, has been our favorite feature—complete with a resort-style pool, built-in grill, automated shades, and patio heaters for year-round comfort. The pool itself is unique: a dual heat-and-cool system lets you set the perfect temperature, even in August.

Inside, the 2021 remodel introduced hand-scraped white oak floors, fresh paint in nearly every room, and a completely redesigned kitchen with quartzite countertops, custom cabinetry, an 8-burner range, and a daily-use coffee bar.

Over the past few years, we’ve updated every major system: new AC units, a hail-resistant roof, a tankless water heater, and upgraded pool equipment.
